Positive: The place is very comfortable and quiet. The host was very friendly and always responded to my inquiries.
Negative: The kitchen oven was dirty and needs to be clean. The shower curtains need to be replaced as they had dirt and mold on them.

Positive: Large villa with excellent outside space & pool. Nice big rooms & each with it's own bathroom.
Negative: Poor directions on the villa information pack & we know all of pafos & surrounding areas very well having visited 25+ times. Someone new to pafid would definitely struggle to locate the property. The bumper scraping speed hump as you enter the complex area & similar with parking at the villa where you can't avoid potential damage entering & leaving (we parked on the road).No TV remote & a requirement to download an app to watch any TV !
Summary: Nice for a short stay & good value for money.

Positive: Villa was spacious. Upstairs bedrooms both had ensuits The 3rd bedroom had access to shower/toilet. Under cover terrace is large with seating for 6 or more. Pool was clean and a good size.
Negative: Sun louger cushion were damaged. Kitchen utensils need updating. WiFi intermittent.

Positive: Beautiful and spacious house with 3 bedrooms all having their own bathroom.
Negative: Neighbours are very close by and looking into your house and pool…. Sewer problem in one of the bathrooms Waterpipe problem during showering what made a lot of noice during showering….
Summary: Very nice house and clean pool, the water was cold but did not keep us from swimming :)

Positive: Very clean and comfortable.
Negative: Unfortunately had the neighbours from hell, 13 drunk 20+ year olds, loud music, singing and with the low walls in between there was no privacy from them either.
Summary: Lovely stay but have learnt to look at the pictures more closely when it comes to privacy.
